Megan & Michael – A Havelock North Wedding10 Jun, 2015
Megan and Michael travelled from their home in Sydney, Australia to marry where Megan grew up. The ceremony was held inside the <a href="http://www espagne viagra.woodford.school.nz” onclick=”__gaTracker(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘outbound-article’, ‘http://www.woodford.school.nz’, ‘Woodford House’);” title=”Woodford House” target=”_blank”>Woodford House chapel followed by the simple elegance of Black Barn. A true blue family affair, it was a beautiful celebration full of lovely humans, busy kids and lots of attention to detail.
What were the highlights for me? There were lots. Even before the wedding day, I was rejoicing in the excuse to explore the grounds of Woodford House – my old boarding school. Memories (both really good and the odd bad one) came flooding back. I relished the opportunity to see the school and recall those memories through adult eyes. I was able to view the beauty of the school without the feelings of homesickness and typical teenage angst.
Another big highlight was hanging with Megan, her incredibly supportive bridesmaids and Megan’s parents. Lovely lovely people who shone bright all day long.
Wishing this Aussie couple and their beautiful children all the very best.
